You MUST include your e-mail address!  This is the only way we're able to set you up as a member.  Once your payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail giving you a username and password.  You may then access our online manual immediately.  (If you don't have an e-mail address, there are several sites that offer free e-mail accounts, e.g. Hotmail.com.)
